The Swiss AOP-IGP Association was founded to protect products with traditional Swiss origin. This culinary heritage includes twelve types of cheese, some of which Sereina Nörr will introduce to us. She visits cheesemakers throughout Switzerland and brings a selection of these cheeses to Flims. And of course – together with her, we'll taste and explore the irresistible flavors of the cheeses she brings.
